This year we have tried something a little different to raise money – Emma, our manager, contacted all the local businesses and asked them to donate a small gift voucher so that she could make a hamper of vouchers as a top Easter Raffle Prize.
Emma said: “I emailed over 80 businesses hoping about half would respond with maybe a £5 voucher each – well it has spiralled out of control, and I am shocked and overwhelmed to say that businesses were much more generous, and we now have over £1,000 worth of vouchers from meals out, pampering sessions to shop vouchers – we are over the moon.
“It is far too much for one person to win so we will make several hampers to give more people a chance to enjoy the generosity of the town!”
Tickets are on sale £1 each or book for £5. They are available at the centre or online.
The safest way we can do this is using our PayPal BUT there is a charge of 27p for £5, 34p for £10 please can you include this to make it fair as we are a small charity!
If buying online we will need your name and phone number and I’m sorry if you win a large prize we will need it to be collected (vouchers can be posted if needs be)
