Concern Wadebridge launches its Autumn program of activities at The John Betjeman Centre. With additional Music to Movement Activities being introduced alongside the existing ones, we will be able to offer everything from seated exercise to Zumba Gold! During the week we also have Tai Chi and Yoga for those wanting a more restful approach to exercise and on a Friday afternoon we have our own Strictly with The Friday Tea Dance.
For those who like the European touch, on a Tuesday morning we have ‘Soft’ Boules, a game with passion of the French and the drive to win, but indoors and not with the metal boules!
There is also the other groups that meet at the centre; Wadebridge U3A, Parikinsons, Speakability, Memory Café, Memory Matters, Cornwall Carers, Wadebridge Quakers, St Marys CofE etc. as well as the Daily Community Café where people can drop in for information and a cuppa.
The centre offers a place where people can come and drop inn, meet friends old and new and also enjoy over 30 different activities! To find out more about the centre and what is on offer either call in, phone – 01208 812392 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
