Move It or Lose It Class with Julia

Julia Treglown (a fully qualified fitness instructor) welcomes you to join her in one of the weekly fitness sessions at the centre.

Monday morning at 10am is a chair based exercise class which is fun and functional. It Involves mobility, circulation boosting exercises, strength training and flexibility exercises which are simple but effective and will improve co-ordination, balance and body awareness. Music is key and a happy atmosphere is generated.

Monday morning at 11.15am and Thursday morning at 10.30am is a Dance and Tone exercise class for beginner/intermediate levels. The class aims to improve mobility, co-ordination and circulation boosting exercise through low impact aerobic dance. This is followed by some important strength, toning and balance exercises. It is fun and friendly and leaves you feeling energised.
