Verity Durman, Pharmacist Store Manager at Wadebridge Boots has raised another £840 for our wonderful charity!
She raised the outstanding amount by completing the Cardiff Half Marathon AND a swimming challenge from Gulland Rock to Harlyn Bay.
Concern Wadebridge manager Em Burt said: “Is there nothing this brilliant woman can’t do? We have been extremely lucky to be Verity’s chosen charity for all of her crazy challenges over the years and we honestly can’t thank her enough! The money will be used for our new project Glow Up – where we are hoping to give the centre a bit of a makeover with new carpets, doors and windows!”
Verity said: “Thank you to everyone for their support, as always it’s been amazing! I’m so pleased we raised so much money for a local deserving charity.”
